New Merch (also known as swag)

Yeah, I couldn’t decide what to call it. Merchandise? Merch? Swag? The “swag” link on this website should take you to an assortment of t-shirts and hats and whatever else I can make work – that you can purchase. I don’t show up at gigs with a table full of hats, t-shirts and koozies simply because I can’t really afford to create large inventories of goods. Moreover, trying to manage displays and sales and boxes of inventory when I really don’t sell much anyway isn’t a good plan. So, what you’re seeing on my merchandise website is modern technology working while I sleep (or change strings or whatever). I create the artwork – usually in the morning while slurping black coffee. Usually in Canva. Then I use a website called Printful to build the t-shirt or hat or whatever. My Printful account is linked to Etsy, conveniently, and the two make it all work. So, when you place an order on Etsy, it collects your info and sends it to Printful. At that point Printful charges me to make the item and ship it. Once it ships, Etsy sends me the payment, less all of the manufacturing and delivery charges. I’ve pretty much set everything to where I make about $20/$25 per item. The rest goes to the partner sites for the previously mentioned services. It works! It’s a great way to support me and I am thoroughly grateful every time I get an order and especially every time someone shows up at a show with some of my swag. Very grateful. Your support is appreciated. Thank You! Tim
